Position: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for our English academy at our Seoul location. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English, with a background in English academy management and consulting.
Responsibilities: Consult with parents of current students to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have. Handle the registration process for new students, including conducting assessments and guiding them through the enrollment process. Communicate effectively with teachers to provide guidance, support, and feedback on their performance. Plan and coordinate events and activities to enhance student engagement and retention. Develop and implement marketing strategies, including managing the academy's blog, social media accounts, and newsletters.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements: Fluency in both Korean and English, both spoken and written. Prior experience in an English academy setting, with a strong understanding of the industry and its dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with parents, teachers, and staff. Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work from 1-9pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays for special events.
Compensation: The starting salary for this position is 3.0 million KRW, with additional incentives based on student enrollment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1-9pm
